How did the band come together?

I started Breathe Electric some time ago as a fun side project and when I saw such a great response I began working at it on a more serious basis.

How’d you come up with your name?

A friend of mine and myself tried to think of a name that was both catchy and also described the music.

What bands/artists are you influenced by?

Some of my favorite bands/artists include Ben Folds, Daft Punk, and Alphabeat.

How would you describe your music for people who have never heard it before?

I always describe our sound as electronic infused pop-punk. The new material is much more electronic but it still maintains that pop edge to it.

What makes your band different from all the other ones out there?

I feel like my background and the diversity of influences gives my music a different feel than most electro-pop artists out there.
